Softecho Product Warranty

Your happiness matters to us. At Softecho, we carefully check each order before it leaves our studio, but if something unexpected happens, we are here to help.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not fit the model you ordered, please contact us at support@softecho.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our customer care team will review your request and help make it right.

Eligible warranty claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation and product availability.

Please note that our warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, lost or stolen items, damage caused by liquids or harsh cleaners, products not purchased directly from softecho.shop, or damage to your phone or electronic device.

Product Care

Cleaning Your Case

Remove your phone from the case before cleaning. Gently wipe the case with a soft, damp cloth. For light marks, use a small amount of mild soap and water, then dry with a clean cloth.

Avoid Harsh Cleaners

Please avoid alcohol-based cleaners, acidic cleaners, acetone, bleach, abrasive products, and hand sanitizer residue. These may damage the finish, color, print, crystals, or decorative details.

Everyday Wear

Daily use may naturally lead to small marks, dust, color transfer, or wear over time. To keep your case looking its best, clean it regularly and avoid contact with rough surfaces, dark dyes, oils, and chemicals.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at support@softecho.shop with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. We will review your request and help with the next step.

What if the case does not fit my phone?

Please check that the case model matches the phone model selected at checkout. If we sent the wrong model, contact us with photos and your order number. If the wrong model was selected at checkout, we will still do our best to help you find a suitable solution.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Accidental damage, drops, scratches, dents, or impact damage.
  • Normal wear and tear from daily use.
  • Damage caused by water, liquids, alcohol, acetone, hand sanitizer, perfume, oils, or harsh cleaning products.
  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse of the product.
  • Products not purchased directly from softecho.shop.
  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Damage to phones, tablets, AirPods, chargers, or any electronic devices.
  • Shipping fees, express shipping fees, and customs duties.
  • Promotional, gifted, giveaway, or free items unless otherwise stated.

Are phone devices covered?

No. Softecho’s warranty only applies to Softecho-branded products. We do not cover repair or replacement costs for phones, tablets, AirPods, chargers, or other electronic devices.

I received this as a gift. Can I still request help?

Yes. Please provide the original order number so we can locate the purchase and review the request.

What if the design I purchased is no longer available?

If a replacement is approved but the original design is no longer available, we may offer a similar design, store credit, or another suitable solution.

How long does it take to receive a reply?

We aim to respond within 1-3 business days. During weekends, holidays, or busy periods, replies may take a little longer. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not heard back from us.

Do you offer phone support?

At this time, we provide support by email so we can keep a clear record of your order details, photos, and previous communication. Please contact us at support@softecho.shop.
